Mr. Cuddington is an experienced Mediator/Arbitrator with thirty years as an industrial relations practitioner in both the public and private sectors. He has been appointed in various capacities by agreement of private parties, by labour relations boards as well as by government.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Cuddington has worked in multiple jurisdictions, including Canada, Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, and has considerable experience working to address issues specific to part-time employment.

His professional practice includes the mediation and arbitration of collective agreement disputes as well as consulting in workplace restructuring projects in healthcare, executive government and crown corporations. He has also investigated and resolved human rights issues in the workplace, and consulted on various international projects.

Prior to his practice in mediation and arbitration, he worked as a labour-side negotiator in Saskatchewan and British Columbia, in both the private and public sectors.

Born and raised in Bienfait, Saskatchewan, Mr. Cuddington graduated from the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina with degrees in Arts and Science and Education.

Mr. Cuddington currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia.
