The Occupational Health and Safety Amendment Regulations, 2007 (No.2),
Part XXXI, (p.22 of 44)

These amendments, which are in Part XXXI Additional Protection for Health Care Workers, are being implemented in two phases.  A new requirement with respect to supervision in health care (Section 469.1) came into effect November 20, 2007 and amended requirements with respect to patient moving and handling (Section 470), will come into effect November 20, 2008.
